Proxy sever question

I subscribed to Terafile but still can't down load from them; their solution was for me to use a proxy server; how do I do that? is there one someone could suggest? Thank you for your help

some isp's block sites that are "known copyright violators" like file hosts and torrent sites
your best bet to find a proxy would be by asking friends
torrentfreak has a few, but I am not in need of them (yet)

I used that to get around geo-blocking. Like US only content.
